JOSH'S NOTES  - 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
Inky dark ruby in color. A beautifully warm, dry vintage, yet painful in the light yields we were able to grow. Small amounts of great wine! Classic aromas of cedar and rosemary, ripe red fruit and wafts of clove and fresh plum. The wine is concentrated, rich, loaded with tannin that is pillowy with no hard edges. Constantly evolving in the glass- something we love in great wines. Decant now and drink through 2040. 

JOSH'S NOTES – 2021 Estate Reserve
A beautiful vintage for our Estate Reserve program. The new vintage is inky dark ruby with so much going on. Aromatically revealing blue fruit, toasty oak, tar, pencil shavings and blackberry. Lush, rich, building to a monster of a wine without any rough edges and a mouthwatering finish that goes forever. This wine is tight right after opening but slowly starts to reveal itself. Tasted over multiple days and the wine held in perfect condition. I would recommend cellaring until at least 2026 and then should drink through 2040. 
 

JOSH'S NOTES – 2022 Merlot
Such a beautiful vintage for Merlot as the lateness of the season extended this early ripening variety. Deep ruby, aromas of plum and fresh blueberries alongside of raspberry, freshly pulled espresso, and hints of vanilla and the slightest hint of orange. Rich, round on the palate, dense and silk-like tannins that have a glycerol length to the finish that is evocative and leaves you longing for more. This variety often goes unnoticed, but it truly flourishes when planted in optimal locations. All estate grown. Decant now and drink through 2042.
